Customer Success & Value Manager
This is not a pre-defined role. As Customer Success & Value Manager you are the first in this position and take full ownership of how customer success, value creation and upsell take shape at Wally.

Your role
You don't just build relationships with clients — you set the course, define what 'good customer success' means and translate that into a scalable model.
What will you do?
- ·Ownership of Customer Success: You take the lead on the entire post-sales journey: from onboarding to long-term partnerships.
- ·Maximising value: You make sure clients get the most out of Wally — substantively, operationally and strategically.
- ·Upsell & commercial growth: You identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- ·Internal bridge-builder: You translate client feedback into input for product, marketing and sales.
Who are we looking for?
- ·You have experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- ·You combine client focus with commercial sharpness — you dare to name opportunities and convert them
- ·You love autonomy, responsibility and building something from scratch.
- ·You think strategically, but you're also hands-on.
- ·Experience with accountancy, SaaS, finance or professional services is a big plus (but not a must).
