Fair Use Limits
What are fair use limits?
Fair use limits ensure Wally remains fairly and sustainably available to all users. These limits are designed to prevent abuse and guarantee an optimal experience for everyone.
Specific limits
- 5,500 messages per user per year
- If you exceed your personal limit, the shared organisation pool is used automatically
What happens if the limit is exceeded?
When all individual messages of all users have been used up, we bill additional messages at the following rates:
- €0.20 per message (standard rate)
- €0.18 per message from 100 additional messages
- €0.15 per message from 250 additional messages
